The Sigil

We process symbols constantly, assigning meaning where none intrinsically exists. The symbols "K", "O", and "B" by themselves do not make a book, and yet "BOOK" can be made from them none the less. Symbols are a large part of our relationship to reality, we have a vast library of meaning inside us already that we use every day.
The creation of a sigil is an attempt to create a symbol that has no previously assigned meaning.
By creating something foreign to your symbolic index, you take full control and responsibility for what that symbol means to you.
In magic this can be used as a means to clearly communicate with your reality, free of your muddy mixed interpretations of existing symbols.
The Cards

The act of connecting seemingly unrelated symbols into a singular narrative, when done in the correct mindset, can provide useful insights into your reality.
Listening is the better half of communication, and The Cards can be a tool for amplifying insight that might otherwise be overlooked.
Some systems are formal, with specific meanings. Some systems are intuitive, with non-specific meanings. Either way, meaning is found in how you interpret the cards; their relationships to each other, and their relationship to your reality.
